The project was about the design and construction of a new holiday home in the location of "Mavrangelos" in Aegina, on a steep-sloped plot with an unobstructed view to the sea. The residence, with a total area of ​​140 sq.m. is developped on two levels, with the public spaces placed at the top level (level of the adjacent road) in order to achieve optimal ventilation and sunlight and to maximize the view as much as possible. The lower level contains the private spaces (bedrooms-bathrooms), while adjoining semi-outdoor spaces are designed to ensure the desired shading in the summer.
