The studio was commissioned to design and construct a two-storey shop with an auxiliary basement on a plot of land facing Salaminos avenue in Keratsini, a road with heavy traffic and thus disturbance and purely commercial character at the ground floor level.

 

Smooth and straight lines define the shape of the building, with the strong projections of the balconies prevailing, further intensified by the glass panels that essentially make the parapets disappear. The color palette was chosen in gray-brown tones, with darker-colored aluminum frames for the openings in order to achieve visual contrast with the rest of the building.
