The project was about an 8-storey apartment building with a ground floor pilotis and basement auxiliary areas, in the area of Amphiali, Keratsini. The studio undertook the architectural design and supervision of the construction in 2007.

 

Here it is once more attempted to disrupt the verticality of the building by designing horizontal recessed lines on the balconies’ parapets, while the design of the rails with their horizontal elements serves the same purpose. As the road in front of the building is quite narrow, deep balconies are introduced which function as private terraces, creating a "microclimate" for each house.
