This residence constitutes a 1st floor apartment of an old two-storey building located on the border between the areas of Nikaia and Piraeus, in the neighbourhood of Kokkinia.

 

The dominant feature of the space was the wooden flooring using the "fishbone" technique, which was restored and highlighted in the new design. Simultaneously, the new proposal aimed at unifying the public spaces of the apartment (living room-kitchen) and creating a second restroom, which was needed by the owners, while also focusing on the new lighting design of the apartment.
